Head of School Search: Save the Date and Intro Search Committee

Dear Harley Community,

I am excited to announce several Head of School Search process updates.

First, I am thrilled to share our search committee members with you. The committee is composed of individuals who have demonstrated a longstanding commitment to Harley and who have deep investment in the past, present, and future of our community. They include people who have experienced Harley from a number of perspectives, including as Board members, parents, administrators, employees, and alums, and we are confident this will be a dynamic group that will help represent, synthesize, and express the views of our community. A special thank you goes out to each of them for their willingness to share their time and talent during this important process.

Save the Date
Second, as was mentioned in Dr. Kaiser’s “Campus Chronicle” yesterday, Andrew Watson from our search firm, DRG Talent, will be at Harley on March 19 hosting a variety of in-person, input sessions. This is the true kick off of the search, and it is a very exciting step in our process.

We’ll be sharing more information soon with the full schedule, but please mark your calendars. Although details are still being finalized we will be holding morning, afternoon, and evening sessions to do our best to accommodate schedules. If you are not available on March 19th, no worries; there will be a number of other opportunities for feedback and input as this process progresses.
