As we continue our journey to find the next head of The Harley School, we are pleased to share the latest developments in our search process.

Opportunity Statement
Using the feedback gathered in person and online, DRG has crafted the Head of School Opportunity Statement. This document not only highlights the unique aspects of The Harley School but also delineates the key qualities we are 
seeking in our next Head of School. The Opportunity Statement is shared with prospective candidates and is accessible on the Harley Head of School Search webpage and the DRG Talent website.

Entering a Quiet Phase
As we move forward, it is important for our community to be aware that we are now entering a ‘quiet phase’ of the search process. During this period, DRG will be actively recruiting and screening potential candidates. This phase will last throughout the summer, and is a crucial step in ensuring we find the best possible leader for our school.

While this phase is more internal and less visible, please rest assured that our search is progressing thoughtfully and thoroughly. Your initial input has been instrumental in shaping our search criteria and will continue to guide us in the weeks and months ahead.
