Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art form which combines kicks, rhythm and movement. Capoeira is a dialog between players—a conversation through movement.

Today capoeira is practiced around the world, and it is known for helping create increased body awareness, friendship, and mental acuity.

Students of Capoeira benefit from faster reflexes as they learn how to create graceful, impactful movement through the martial art. They maintain healthy fitness habits in an activity that can be—and is—practiced together by people of all ages, gender, and backgrounds.
